FIRE Wealthy

The Financial Independence Retire Early or FIRE movement is synonymous with frugal living. FIRE followers are known to practice extreme savings in order to retire before the mandatory retirement age, and live off small allowances thereafter.

FIRE Wealthy with Lionel is not about starving yourself just to retire early with a few hundred thousand dollars and then having to return to work again because the money runs out.

The Better Approach

Lionel mapped out his personal finance journey into a methodology for The Better Foundation to support the financial goals and success of over 10 million worldwide.

He divides the journey into 7 interrelated pillars of work, earn, spend, save, invest, retire and live. Now you can learn how Lionel went from employee to UHNW by age 40. In his straight talk style, Lionel will guide you through the methodology to achieve financial security and independence.

DINK to PINK

DINK (Dual Income No Kids) couples are the envy of others. They get to spend more on themselves, travel the world, and even lead lavish lifestyles.

However dual incomes don't last forever. Lionel confronts the reality of being a DINK including the good, bad, and ugly. And the importance of DINK couples achieving a shade of Passive Income No Kids (PINK) as they age, given the absence of kin support.

Financial Inclusion

The Better Foundation and LiveLife works with schools, departments, and ministries to equip students with a foundation in practical personal finance.

The objective is to help students better understand the world of money, get a headstart on their financial security and work towards financial independence. Schools, state and national education departments are welcomed to apply.

"Lionel has a friendly and approachable style. I appreciate his openness in sharing his knowledge. You can really feel that Lionel wants to equip us with the learning and insights that has enabled his own success. He humbly says he is not an educator, yet I would say he is indeed helping to raise financial literacy and awareness.

What I admire about Lionel is that he is not about building wealth just for more consumption. It also enables his philanthropic agenda. This appeals to those of who care about giving back to the community.
